Don’t try this at home, kids.
Toward the end of the fourth quarter of the contest between the Chicago Bulls and Sacramento Kings on Monday night, Kings forward Derrick Williams intercepted a pass and began to drive the ball down the court. Sacramento was winning 95-67 at the time and Williams decided he would try to have some fun. With no one else in sight, the 22-year-old lobbed the ball off the backboard before attempting to catch it and jam it home for two points. Instead, however, Williams failed – in epic fashion.
In fact, the missed-dunk was so poor that his mother had to ask him what he was thinking.
You know it's bad when your mom text you "what was that!?" Lmao great team win tho #ShaqtinAFool

Despite the embarrassing attempt, the Kings defeated the Bulls 99-70. Williams finished with 5 points and 9 rebounds off the bench.
