According to Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports, Charlotte Bobcats point guard Kemba Walker will be out 10-14 days with a second degree left ankle sprain.

This is a huge blow for the Bobcats, but at least it’s not as bad as others thought it might be. Charlotte currently stands with a 17-25 record, behind the Brooklyn Nets who hold the 8th seed.

Walker was having a breakout year, averaging 18.7 PPG, 5 APG, and 4.2 RPG on 42 % shooting from the field this season.
