Kendrick Perkins Was Not Happy With Joakim Noah

The Oklahoma City Thunder took on the Chicago Bulls tonight in the opening game of TNT’s doubleheader.

It wasn’t much of a contest, with the Thunder jumping out to a big lead after the 1st quarter and then holding on for a 107-95 win.

Leading the way, as per usual, were Kevin Duran and Russell Westbrook. Durant dominated, finishing with 32 points, 9 rebounds, and 6 assists in just 33 minutes. Westbrook, meanwhile, had 20 points and 10 assists.

The action continued after the game, however, with Kendrick Perkins and Joakim Noah getting into a spat, as Perkins took offense to Noah being in the Thunder locker room.

I’ll let CBS Sports’ Royce Young take it from here.

I can certainly understand Perk’s perspective here. Sure, Sefolosha and Noah are friends, but it is completely fair for Perk to not want opponents in his locker room.

Right or wrong, this will definitely add to Perk’s grumpy old man reputation.
