Just about three weeks after badly spraining his ankle, Tony Parker is active and expected to play tonight as the Spurs take on the Utah Jazz.

The injury was initially expected to keep Parker out for 4 weeks, but the point guard is making an early return. Parker was only out for 8 games, and the Spurs held it together without him, going 6-2 over the stretch.
The Spurs were also able to keep their hold on the top spot in the Western Conference, currently holding a 2.5 game lead over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
