  • Chris Bosh had his best preseason game so far with 21 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists in 25 minutes.
  • The Heat, sporting a smaller lineup in this game, were dominated on the offensive glass by the Bobcats 12-3.
  • A nice showing from the point guard position from the Bobcats as Walker and Sessions combined to score more than half the ‘Cats points (48 pts, 15-32 FG, 5-12 3PT) and also chipped in 10 rebounds and 7 assists.
  • The Heat shot 51.5% from the field to the Bobcats’ 36.8%.

Pacers (4-2) 100 @ Cavaliers (3-4) 82

  • Leading scorers: IND – David West 15, CLE – Kyrie Irving 20.
  • The Pacers doubled the Cavs in the Assists category 26-13.
  • Acquired in the offseason, D.J. Augustine got the start and finished with 4 points, 11 assists, 4 rebounds and 2 steals.
  • Interesting line for Anderson Varejao: 23 minutes, 0 points (0-1 FG), 7 rebounds, 0 assists, 0 steals, 0 blocks and 1 turnover.

Thunder (3-3) 89 @ Bulls (4-2) 94

  • Leading scorers: OKC – Serge Ibaka 24, CHI – Carlos Boozer 24.
  • Carlos Boozer with another solid game (and made me feel great for taking him late in a fantasy draft last night): 24 points (11-20 FG), 12 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals.
  • His frontcourt partner Joakim Noah was right there with him: 15 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 blocks.
  • James Harden started and played 38 minutes for OKC. How’d he finish? 13 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists.

Suns (3-3) 92 @ Warriors (6-2) 107

  • Leading scorers: PHX – Marcin Gortat 19, GSW – David Lee, Harrison Barnes 16.
  • Marcin Gortat put together a solid line with 19 points (perfect from the field 8-8), 10 rebounds and 2 blocks.
  • The Suns won’t be a good team, but Markieff Morris will certainly benefit from significant minutes during the season. Tonight’s 15 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals will help his case.
  • With 9 more assists tonight, do you know who is 2nd in the league in assists during the preseason? Yes, Jarrett Jack with 50.
  • Warriors finished the game shooting 56.9% (41-72) overall and 50% (8-16) from behind the arc.
